DataOceans was founded from a merger between ThreeRiversGroup and Netfocus in November of 2004, with the vision of innovating document delivery. Over the years, we bootstrapped our company, while hiring talented individuals with industry expertise and a passion for excellence. We’ve interacted, evolved, and expanded our vision and focus to become an enterprise Customer Communications Management platform. We now have nine modules, workflow between the modules, and a complete digital first outbound customer communications platform.
Today, DataOceans has expanded to over 150 direct and indirect customers. We currently do business with several Fortune 500 companies, have a 98% retention rate, and are growing at over 50% year over year. As we look to the future, we realize we are just getting started.
